This fall I photographed the adorable (and perpetually cold despite cranking the heat to tropical levels) 3 week old Adeline. Love that cute little mouth.
It turned out to be a beautiful day for this family session a few weeks ago, but super windy! Luckily the area we were shooting in was pretty sheltered, or we would not have gotten so many wonderful images. I had a great time photographing these two adorable boys and their parents. Peter is full of energy and adores his baby brother. He seriously could not be any sweeter or more fun to work with. And Jake is completely charming. (And, thankfully, still pretty stationary!)
Here are a few to share. We’ll be putting together an album from their session soon. What a great way to remember this crazy, wonderful time of life!
Yes, I’m still working!! I’m deep in the middle of shooting for the holiday season and have had almost no time to get on here and post……but I’ve wanted to post a preview from this session for a month! (Got it on my Facebook page, but never any further than that….) Kate was just under 2 weeks at the time of our session……she is sweet and beautiful. But check out her older brothers – at ages 3 and 5 these already stunning boys completely adore their baby sister. What a wonderful family to work with. Watch for more pictures of Kate as she gets bigger – her mom is already looking ahead to her 6 month session with her Baby Plan. And, lest anyone think all is peaceful and calm at a newborn session, check out the outtake at the end….
Love this page from their Session Album:
Some behind-the-scenes…..poor little Kate!
Had a great time photographing this fun family earlier this summer. They were open to something different, so we headed to downtown Schenectady with their 3 boys. Here is a sampling:
I photographed Molly and Grady when they were newborns, and was excited to be able to see them again this summer and how much they’ve changed. And, not changed. Grady is still an anything goes kinda guy. Content to watch what is going on. In fact, his nickname is Lumpy. (A term of endearment I’m told….) Molly is a spitfire who makes her opinions clearly known, such as “Under NO circumstances will I sit in that bucket!!” But absolutely adorable. We had a little screaming, we had a little spit-up, but with 2 easy-going parents, we had a great time. Here is a sampling.
And one more of Grady, who was WAY too easy to photograph:
